Workplace Injury

If you are injured on the job, you must report your injury to your supervisor on the day it happens (if possible).

Twin Cities Campus

On the Twin Cities campus, the Workers' Compensation Department, in the Office of Risk Management & Insurance, handles all the details of a workplace injury. The Workers' Compensation Web site contains information on steps to take and forms to fill out for both employees and supervisors when a workplace injury occurs.

Duluth Campus

On the Duluth campus, the Office of Human Resources handles all the details of a workplace injury. The Human Resources Web site contains information on steps to take and forms to fill out for both employees and supervisors when a workplace injury occurs.
