- Administrative Responsibilities
(Lists the responsibilities of the Senior Vice President for Academic Administration, University of Minnesota System, the Director of the Office for Conflict Resolution, and the Conflict Resolution Advisory Committee, and describes the hearing officer, panelist, and advisor rosters.)
- Filing an Internal Discrimination Complaint
(A discrimination complaint may be filed either with the Office for Conflict Resolution or with the Office of Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action, but not both. Appendix E compares the scope and process of the two offices to help employees decide where to file.)
