Performance Gauge
Here are some categories we use to measure performance:
- Efficiency
- Do we respond to your requests in a timely fashion? "On-Time" (scheduled) and "In-Time" (non-scheduled) requests are tracked separately. Time is measured in calendar days.
- Quality
- Services are tested when they are delivered. How many instances do we revisit on recently installed services because they weren't working correctly or were inoperable?
- Customer Satisfaction
- Is our service delivery process user friendly from our web order forms to our personal interactions with customers? It is based on responses to the automated survey that is sent to you after your request is complete.
