is a multiple line phone used in many reception and office settings on campus.
Extra lines may be used for programming frequently used features.

phones are implemented in call centers to allow Agent and Call reporting for Call Center Managers.
ITE12-SD

The ITE12-SD
is similar to the I30SD, only smaller.
Panasonic Cordless

NTS has tested and recommends using the
Panasonic Cordless
Phone in conjunction with the University Telephone System.
STE-SDB

The Single Line Analog Telephone Equipment with Speaker Display (Black) or
STE-SDB
as used with the University of Minnesota Telephone System is explained in this user guide.
Features listed in this guide may or may not be available on all STE-SDBs due to system configuration requirements.
The new sets will be used for new telephone orders or replacements for repair.
STE-SD

The Single Line Telephone Equipment with Speaker Display, or
STE-SD,

STE (Discontinued)

was replaced by the STE-SD
during the Telephone System Upgrade.
There may be some STE telephone sets in existance on campus due to system requirements.
