Varian MR 400

 

The Varian MR 400 MHz NMR spectrometer is owned by the University of Minnesota Medicinal Chemistry Deptartment and maintained by our facility personnel.

 

The 400 is located in Weaver-Densford Hall on the University of Minnesota East Bank campus.
The 400 MHz spectrometer is currently installed and is equipped with pulsed-field gradients and a dual broadband, autotunable probe.

The spectrometer is available to all facility users who complete the training procedure. The training request form can be returned to the NMR lab in Weaver-Densford Hall or to Dr. Ostrowski in NHH 1-130 or submited via email. (Note: This form requires Acrobat 7.0 or higher.)

Hourly Charges for 400 MHz NMR:
prime time: $10/hr.
off-hours: $5/hr.
Minimum monthly charge: $10.00
