The facility houses a 700 MHz spectrometer with solid-state capabilities.  The direct-drive system is capable of running static and magic-angle samples.

The probes available are: 3.2 mm MAS for 700 MHz (40 ul total sample volume). A new probe has been ordered for 700 MHz (4mm ~80 ul) and will be delivered in one month. All the probes are HXY so all of the NMR active nuclei can be observed (no 19F). In addition, we have flat coil probes (250 ul) to analyze the orientation of materials and oriented biological samples.
