Re-loading files

To review old data sets or re-process/plot old data files:

1.  Login into the system and open VNMR.



2.  Click on [Main Menu] [Data]  

3.  You should now see your data sets.  The name you gave the sample at the 
start is now the directory name for all the experiments you ran under that
particular setup.  Samples with the same name are appended with the date/time
they were run.


4.  Highlight the data set you wish to see and click on [Change].  You should now
see all the experiments that were run under that sample name.  For example, it
may say only "Proton.fid" or it may list "Proton.fid", "COSY.fid" and "NOESY.fid".  If you wish to see the proton spectrum, click on [Return] (you should see
a button for [Load].  Highlight Proton.fid and click on [Load].


5.  Click on [Main Menu].  You should see a button for [AutoProcess] in the 
second line.  Click on [AutoProcess] to process.  


6.  If the button for [AutoPlot] is not present, click on [Main Menu] and it should appear.
Click on [AutoPlot] to get a plot of your data.

Your data is stored in the directory:
/export/home/your username/vnmrsys/data
