Other NMR Resources Available

NMR Tubes
The facility has available for short-term loan:
-3 mm NMR tubes
-3 mm Shigemi tubes (matched to D2O, CDCl3, DMSO)
-5 mm Shigemi tubes (D2O, CDCl3, MeOH, DMSO)

The NMR facility also carries D2O-matched, 5mm Shigemi tubes for sale to the users at cost.

Laboratory Space and Computers
The NMR facility has a wet lab space available to users for sample preparation that includes a pH meter with microprobe for small samples. Two offline Sun workstations for data processing and one PC for web access are also provided for users of the facility.

Books and Journals
The facility maintains a subscription to Concepts in Magnetic Resonance, an educational
journal in NMR and has available for loan issues from Vol. 9, No. 4, 1997 to present.
Old issues of Journal of Biomolecular NMR are available in the facility. Journal of Biomolecular NMR is available online through the University Library.

A copy of the book High Resolution NMR Techniques in Organic Chemistry by author Timothy Claridge (1999) is also available for loan.
