Bruker Avance 400 MHz NMR

 


The 400 MHz NMR spectrometer, located in the new 717 Building, 717 Delaware SE on the University of Minnesota East Bank Campus, is owned by the UMN Institute for Therapeutic Discovery and Development and maintained by our facility personnel.

 

The 400 MHz Bruker Avance spectrometer is currently equipped with a BBO broadband probe and a 60-sample autosampler for routine work, and a flow-probe with a Gilson liquids handler for Combinatorial Chemistry analysis.

Individuals desiring training should submit (via campus mail or email) a training request form, directly to the facility staff: Todd Rappe, or Dr. Beverly Ostrowski. (Note: This form requires Acrobat 7.0 or higher.)
