Creating groups in Netfiles

Creating groups in Netfiles allows you to easily manage the permissions for a group of people.

  1. To create a group, click on Contact and Groups
  2. Click on the Add Groups link
  3. Enter the name of the group and click OK.
  4. Click on the option to Add new members to the group.
  5. You can search either by Internet ID or Name.
  6. Put a check next to the user you wish to add and click Add Contact.
