Feedback feedback back to index

About

Feedback activity allows instructors to create and conduct surveys online. Results can be made anonymous. Instructor can limit the number of responses allowed, and modify who can see the results.

Add a feedback

  • Turn on editing mode by clicking on the Turn Editing On button on the course homepage
  • Click the Add an Activity dropdown menu and select Feedback
  • Fill out the form and Save changes

Add questions

  • Click on the Edit questions tab
  • Use dropdown menu to select question type and click Add question to activity button
  • Click on Save changes

Edit a question

  • Click on the Edit questions tab
  • Click Edit icon edit near the question you want to modify
  • Click on Save changes

Review or delete individual responses

  • Click Show Response or Delete Entry button near non-anonymous responses
    • or
  • Click Show Responses button near anonymous responses, select the response and then click Show Response or Delete Entry button

Review analysis

  • Click Analysis tab

Download responses

  • Click Analysis tab
  • Click Export to Excel button
  • Save the file locally
  • Note that the file will have 2 tabs: one with Analysis and another with Detailed responses
