2. Download or print grades

  • Go to course homepage
  • Click Grades in the Administration block
  • Click Download in Excel tab

3. Hide your site from students

  • Go to course homepage
  • Click Settings in the Administration block
  • Select This course in not available to students near Availability
  • Click Save changes button

4. Request a new site

5. Import content from the previous course into the new site

  • Go to the homepage of your new site
  • Click Import in the Administration block
  • Select the old site from the list, click Use this course button
  • Select items that you wish to import, click Continue button 3 times. Your content and activities will be imported into the new site.
    • Note: Topic/Weekly summaries will not import. You will need to recreate those manually. In order to avoid this, please use Labels instead of Topic Summaries. This will allow easier site management, since you will be able to move, hide or delete labels, and will help with later imports.
