The Certificate module creates PDF certificates/diplomas for students of the course and is completely customizable. Instructor can add borders, watermarks, seals and even show grade information.

Add a Certificate:
- Go to the course homepage and click the turn on editing on button
- Choose Certificate from the dropdown Add an activity menu
- Modify settings (click on the yellow question marks for guidance)
- Click Save changes button
Claiming a Certificate:
- It is up to a student to claim his/her certificate. Instructor cannot "push" those to the students.
- If you would like to award your certificate only at the end of the course, make sure to keep it hidden.
Important note:
- Internet Explorer might not display the certificate. Use Firefox instead.
