The support team can bulk activate users with Internet or Guest IDs (i.e., add them in bulk to the Moodle user database).
Note: This service is limited to requests for 10 or more accounts. Processing time can take up to 5 business days. Thus, you are highly encouraged to use regular self-activation/self-enrollment options available in Moodle.
Please send a comma separated list of Internet or Guest IDs to moodle@umn.edu, e.g., ivano001, moodle06, gx00034
In addition, such new accounts can be added to a Moodle course site right away, once you let us know:
- full URL of your Moodle course site
- desired role for those users (Instructor, Student, Participant, etc)
