| Backup content to save locally |

- Go to your site
- Click Backup link under Administration block
- Scroll down
click Continue button 3 times. You will now see Files>backupdata folder with the zipped backup file there
- Click on the zipped file to save locally on your own computer (or right-click and choose Save as)
- In the same Files>backupdata, click the checkbox to the left of the zipped file
- Select Delete Completely from the Chosen files dropdown menu. Click Yes
