Sixteen local forage councils in Minnesota provide the grassroots of MFGC's programs:
These sixteen local councils conduct their own conferences, field days, summer tours, quality-tested hay auction, awards programs, and other activities. Membership in a local council is included in membership dues in MFGC (if a council exists in area of state).
Each local council elects a President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Chair, and Contact. Below is a listing of each local council and their contact person:
