Racism and Metropolitan Dynamics: The Civil Rights Challenge of the 21st Century

During April, IRP released a new report on the importance of effective regional governance in achieving racial equity. "Racism and Metropolitan Dynamics: The Civil Rights Challenge of the 21st Century," commissioned by the Ford Foundation, builds on past work by the Institute on the racial implications of urban sprawl and regional fragmentation. It is closely tailored to the specific needs and interests of racial justice advocates, civil rights groups, community organizations, and funders.
