More than 450 participants from a variety of backgrounds—including renewable energy and environmental researchers, students, government officials, nonprofit and business/industry leaders—attended the event on November 27.
Due to strong audience engagement, the commitment from our speakers, and the generous support from our sponsors and exhibitors, we were able to reach our goal of funding the University of Minnesota’s first endowed scholarship supporting students interested in pursuing careers in renewable energy and the environment.
E3 2007 was presented by the University of Minnesota, the Initiative for Renewable Energy and the Environment (IREE) , and the Institute on the Environment -- in partnership with lead sponsors Piper Jaffray Companies and Faegre & Benson LLP.
