What is the HUP Master Cooperative Agreement (MCA)?
The purpose of the MCA is to streamline the contracting process between the University of Minnesota and Hennepin County staff by eliminating the need to renegotiate contract terms for collaborative projects. Such projects will be outlined and approved with a Work Order available for download below.
