Commission on Human Rights decision 1996/113

At its 61st meeting, on 24 April 1996, the Commission decided, without a vote, that, unless otherwise indicated in the resolutions adopted at the fifty-second session, all continuing thematic or country-oriented mandates established by the Commission and entrusted to special rapporteurs, special representatives, independent experts and working groups are expected to report to the fifty-third session, even if the relevant resolutions do not make explicit reference to that reporting obligation.
