Who is eligible to get access to UM Web Stats?
UM Web Stats is available to web site administrators who manage sites on the University of Minnesota network. This includes the Morris, Duluth, and Crookston campuses.
How do I set my server up for UM Web Stats?
Before you submit the request for access, set up a web visible folder on your server to store your daily logs. Make this folder readable by only eggs.software.umn.edu, eyes.software.umn.edu and garnet.tc.umn.edu.
Set up a script to run daily to copy your logs from that day to this folder. The file name for the log file needs to be the same every day.

- Fill out an Add Server Form
- If you have not already done so, fill out a server administrator agreement and fax it to (612) 625-6817, Attention: UM Web Statistics
How do I get access to see report?
Contact your server administrator for the departmental username and password for the reports. See the contact list for your departmental contact person.
How do I log in to see my reports?
The URL for UM Web Statistics is http://umwebstats.umn.edu. Enter your username and password.
