Well until 3 weeks prior to admission.
Developed upper respiratory symptoms, persistent headaches, bone pain, and easy bruising.
Adenopathy: submandibular, axillary, and cervical. Hepatosplenomegaly. Petechiae and bruises on trunk and limbs.
