Head Coach - Barbara Wickstrand

Head Coach Barbara Wickstrand is in her first year as Head Coach and sixth year with the Minnesota soccer program.  As the assistant coach, Barbara was involved with field coaching, fitness training, scheduling and plenty of other team duties.  Before coming to Minnesota, Barbara worked at Arizona State University and coached at North Carolina

Assistant Coach - Colette Gilligan

Colette Gilligan starts her first year as a Golden Gopher after coming to us from Middle Tennessee State.Colette directed the MTS program as head coach since it's inception in 1996, leading the program to a 20-30-5 record over three seasons.  Colette is orginally from Ireland and played on their national team.

Assistant Coach - Richard Drake

Richard Drake is in his second season with the Gophers.Richard works with all aspects of  the program, including the goalkeepers and is instrumental in the development of the field players.  Prior to Minnesota, he served as an assistant coach at Cincinnati.
