Emerging Greek Leaders Program
University Greek Partnership Board (UGPB)
One of the highest honors available to new members of the Greek community, the Emerging Greek Leaders program is a leadership and personal development program for freshmen and sophomores. Participants are nominated by the chapter presidents of their respective organizations, and are then extended an invitation to participate.
The Emerging Greek Leaders program is a leadership workshop series that assists participants in discovering personal values, identifying their personal strengths and talents, and developing themselves to levels of excellence. The program uses a strengths-based approach to leadership and personal development. Whereas other programs are based on deficiencies or areas for improvement, the Emerging Greek Leaders program starts with each person’s strengths, talents, and abilities, and assists students in making the most of their experiences.
The program meets every other week over the course of the semester.

We, as fraternity women, stand for service through the development of character inspired by the close contact and deep friendship of individual fraternity and Panhellenic Life.
