Service Styles

FAST can offer anywhere from 2 to 40 hours a week of service from desktop support to server support, or we can find an answer to a problem your department is facing on a per project basis using our extensive technology knowledge.

Here are three possible scenarios:

Scenario 1
Dept. X is looking for a field administrator that will provide support for 50 Windows desktop users and about 25 Macintosh users. There are several servers that the field administrator will need to maintain, mainly the web server and fileserver. There is a Microsoft Exchange Server for email that the dept would like to migrate over to Novell netware in order to use Groupwise mail. Projected support time would consist of 30 hours/week to maintain desktops and servers. In addition,network printers will also need to be maintained.

Scenario 2
Dept. Y is looking for a field administrator to maintain 18 windows desktop computers ensuring that there is no downtime. Estimated time would consist of 4 hours/week.

Scenario 3
Dept. Z is looking for a solution to provide streaming services to handheld devices. Project would involve setting up Windows Mobile 2003 devices with a Windows 2003 Streaming Server.
