Research and Teaching Interests

Foodborne disease surveillance, surveillance of environmental factors associated with foodborne disease, the role of food workers in the occurrence of foodborne diseases, use of epidemiologic methods in outbreak investigations and disease control, environmental contamination with enteric pathogens.
