Need Help?
- Consult your User Guide manual that you received at training
for information.
- Contact your department Technical Coordinator (if your department
has one) regarding questions or error messages you receive.
The Technical Coordinator will have a better understanding of
your local system configurations, and can diagnose the problem.
- If the Technical Coordinator is not available, or if your problem
persists, you can contact the Enterprise Help Desk at (612) 624-0555
or send an E-mail to x-help@cafe.tc.umn.edu.
The Enterprise Help Desk hours are currently Monday through Friday,
7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
