The Guide: Preparing for the Enterprise Systems Project in Your Department  will help managers in colleges and large departments prepare for the new information and business systems. It provides an overview of each project, including training, process redesign, and staff contact lists. The Guide will be updated every three to four months.

The Student 2000 Project Training Guide provides detailed information about admissions, student records, financial aid, and student financials training classes, locations, and post-training assistance. Explains who needs to be trained, how the classes run, and the telephone numbers and email address of staff who can answer any questions you may have.

Registration 1001 leads staff through various panels of the new Web Registration system for Fall Semester, explaining the purpose of the panel, what's different from our current system, and answers to questions that students are likely to ask. It also includes a summary of changes in policies, procedures, tuition, fees, and deadlines. Pieces are available for UMC, UMM, UMD and UMTC. Please check your campus button below.
