3/24: Student Plan Advisor reports available on-line.

The Student Plan Advisor reports (formerly the Major Advisor reports) are now available on the Management Reporting web site www.umreports.umn.edu.

Use your x.500 ID and password to access the site and once your ID and password have been successfully authenticated, you will be directed to your personal page to begin your session. You will see a link to the Student Plan Advisor reports toward the bottom the page. We recommend that users of these reports verify the accuracy of the data before using them for management decisions.

This set of reports is composed of three different sorts of the same
information along with one version that contains headcount statistics:

Each of these reports prompts the user to select a term, institution
and program and then produces a report which may be printed, or downloaded to Microsoft Excel or to a comma separated value (CSV) file.

This initial set of reports will be supplemented soon with a set of reports that are specific the the College of Liberal Arts on the Twin Cities campus that will allow users to select lists by CLA advising groups.
