JRE Upgrade (Java Runtime Environment)
WebNow uses the Java Runtime Environment to display documents. In order to ensure that WebNow functions correctly,
the JRE must be upgraded to the latest version. To upgrade go to http://www.java.com,
and select the "Java Software Download" link. This will take you to a page that has links to download Java software
as well as instructions on how to install the software. If you are having problems, try visiting
http://www.java.com/en/download/help/index_installing.xml,
and select the "How do I install Java Runtime Environment (JRE)?" link. This page will have links to detailed
step-by-step instructions to help you install the JRE.
Windows Browser Requirements
The following browsers are compatible with the WebNow utility within the Microsoft Windows environment:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or newer
- Mozilla Firefox 1.0 or newer
- Netscape 6.2 or newer
