WebNow Overview
WebNow allows you to take advantage of most of the functionality of the ImageNow client via the Internet and a
standard browser. So wherever you are, on campus or off, you can access your documents, even if the ImageNow client
is not installed on your workstation.
Since the ImageNow client will run only on Windows platforms, WebNow is the only
option, if you will be using a Macintosh computer to access WebNow.
WebNow Access
To login to WebNow go to https://imagenow.umn.edu/webnow/.
You can use your regular ImageNow user ID and password. Be sure to bookmark the WebNow site so you can
return to it easily later.
Using WebNow Off Campus
WebNow allows you to access your documents even if you are at home or traveling. However, in order to
maintain the security of your documents, you must either use the University modem pool or VPN to connect
to the University network before using WebNow off campus. Click here
for details regarding access to WebNow using the University of Minnesota modem pool or VPN.
