Meal Plan Information

FLEXDINE

Pay as you go. FlexDine works like a debit card - it's safe and convenient for all students, staff and faculty. FlexDine can be used at any residential restaurants or campus restaurants. There is no need to carry cash because your purchase is deducted from your account balance. PLEASE NOTE, however, that unused FlexDine Dollars expire without refund at the end of Spring Semester.

USING FLEXDINE AT CAMPUS DINING LOCATIONS

When using FlexDine in residential restaurants just present your U Card at the entrance, tell the cashier that you wish to use FlexDine, and the cost of your meal will be deducted from your balance.

You can also use your FlexDine like a debit card at any campus restaurant. Simply present your U Card to the cashier so they may deduct the cost of your purchase from your FlexDine balance. FlexDine may be used at all University dining locations, except: Continuing Education and Conference Center (formerly Earle Brown Center) and West Bank Office Building Cafe.

COMMUTING WITH FLEXDINE (Commuter Students, Faculty & Staff)

FlexDine is a convenient complement to the Gopher Gold program and makes your U-Card more flexible and valuable. It's reserved specifically for Dining purchases, and can be used at any UDS Restaurant on-campus, either Residential or Retail.

PURCHASING FLEXDINE

It's easy! FlexDine can be purchased in increments of $25 and added to your U Card at any campus restaurant or residential restaurant. FlexDine payments can be made with cash, check (made payable to University Dining Services), credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express) or your SARS account. FlexDine can also be purchased by calling the Meal Plan Office at 612-624-0558 or by visiting Campus Dish .

BEFORE YOU CLICK, PLEASE NOTE: By clicking on the link above, you will be directed to a secure, Non-University website where you will be able to use either your credit card to add FlexDine value to your U-Card, or add the charge to your undergraduate Student Account (tuition bill).

Please use Internet Explorer, Mozilla or FireFox browsers for ordering. Apple "Safari" browsers are not supported.

The site will require you to do the following to complete your order:

  1. Login using a seperate account created by you. This will not be your University login. You may create your own account, even though you are ordering for someone else. You will need to know the Student ID number of the person receiving the meal plan or FlexDine.

  2. After creating your account (or afterward) make sure you go to "Manage Addresses" and create at least one address listing for yourself. Your order cannot be processed without having a "delivery" address.

  3. If you wish to have your charges sent to your Student Account (undergraduates only), please pick the "Invoice" option under method of payment.

FLEXDINE IS AVAILABLE AT DAVANNI'S

FlexDine convenience is now available at Davanni's for residence hall residents!
For deliveries to a Minneapolis residence hall,
please call Davanni's Riverside at 612-332-5551.

For deliveries to a St. Paul residence hall,
please call Davanni's Roseville at 651-636-3411.
