| 24 hour video surveillance and recording. Formerly a division within Parking Services we have now joined Central Security as part of a comprehensive security services department. We are the backbone of safety for our campus patrons and constituents providing round-the-clock watchful eyes and ears for the safety of the campus. |

We work closely with the University Police to provide timely information for dispatch of officers when and where needed.
Our state-of-the-art monitoring center utilizes the latest video and audio equipment to provide you with the safest environment and most unobtrusive monitoring possible. We are here when you need us but not in your way when you don't.
We monitor parking facilities, underground tunnels and passageways, pedestrian bridges, and selected other locations. Our monitoring cameras are located in the open and are not hidden on purpose in any way. We are here so you can feel comfortable when you enjoy the campus of the University. |

These locations have a speaker that that will connect you to a parking attendant at your location, or if they are unavailable, a member of the monitoring center. When an alarm is received we also receive an image of the location to help assist in identifying emergencies.
