DCS Business Services offers quality customer service, administrative, accounting and purchasing services to units on all University of Minnesota campuses. The functions of this office include departmental billing, purchasing, vendor payments, employee reimbursements, human resources, payroll, and budgeting. |

Services Provided

Customer service assistance to alarm, key shop, and card access system clients;

Maintenance of alarm agreements, verification and updates for alarm customer accounts;

Database maintenance, including information for customers and employees and entry of new locks and keys information;

Invoices for external and internal sales;

Human resources support for new employees and student workers;

Financial and purchasing support to our Technical Services, Access Services, Locksmith Services and Monitoring Services;

Additional projects.
