The Technology Helpline will answer general Enterprise System access procedure questions and assist with:
X.500 IDs
Internet and Enterprise passwords used for authentication to many Enterprise Systems and Reports, including:
   PeopleSoft HRMS & SA
   Financial FormsNirvana
   EGMS -- Electronic Grants Management System
   EDMS -- Enterprise Document Management System, and
    Reports on the Web -- Financial, Student, Faculty, etc.
Mainframe Login procedures, including:
   One Time Bypasses
   IDs that are Revoked.
