ImageNow Privileges

Privilege
Description
View Allows the user to access documents via an enabled view. Unchecking this permission will gray the View button on the ImageNow Control Bar.
Batch Allows the user to process Batches. Unchecking this permission will gray the Batch button on the ImageNow Control Bar.
Search Allows the user ability to use the Search grid to manually locate documents. Unchecking this permission will gray the Search button on the ImageNow Control Bar.
Scan Allows the user to scan or import documents. Unchecking this permission will gray the Scan button on the ImageNow Control Bar.
Print Allows the user to print documents from within PowerView. Unchecking this permission will gray the View button on the ImageNow Control Bar.
Move Allows the user to make changes to the index values (Document Keys) of existing documents.
Copy Allows the user to make copies (within ImageNow) of existing documents.
Delete Allows the user to delete existing documents, pages of documents or workflow items.
Add Annotations Allows the user to create new annotations on existing documents.
Modify Annotations Allows the user to modify existing annotations on documents.
Delete Annotations Allows the user to remove existing annotations from documents.
Hide Annotations Allows the user to temporarily hide document annotations within PowerView. Also allows the user to print the document without the annotations.
Email Image Link Allows the user to email an Image Link file of the current PowerView document to another ImageNow user.
Email WebNow Link Allows the user to email a URL of the current PowerView document to a WebNow user.
Email Attachments Allows the user to send the pages of the current PowerView document as an attachment to an email.
Save As Allows the user to save pages of the current PowerView document to a location on the local file system.
Export Allows the user to export the currently selected documents within the Search Grid to a location on the local file system.
Launch Associated Application Allows the user to open the current (non-TIFF) document inside native application based on OS association.
Reset Workflow Items Allows the user to reset the status of Workflow items to "idle".
