In the interest of adhering to the Data Privacy policies for University of Minnesota community members, the University requires authorization prior to the viewing or release of any digitized photo stored in the U Card Database.

A U Card photo is requested for inclusion on the election ballot, but it is not required for an applicant. Please chose 'Yes' if you wish to have your U Card photo requested for the ballot or 'No' if you choose not to include a photo on the ballot.
