1. Welcome and Introductions

2. Overview of new COPE and OPE

    Vic went over this document. 

  • OPE Workplan for 2006-07 (.rtf)
    Vic went over the highlights of the workplan for the year.

  • OPE brochure
    The brochure was handed out.  Vic noted that if there were any changes that should be made, we can accommodate them since we print the brochures on demand.  If you need a copy of the brochure, please contact Michelle Kuhl and she can send one to you through campus mail.

3. COPE Committees: Membership and Small Group Discussion

Vic went over the description of the committees and gave a brief summary of what he  envisioned for each, while still allowing flexibility for the committees to decide on goals for the year (see committee descriptions).  People assorted themselves to sign up for committees, pick a chair, and begin discussions about goals and next steps for the year. Vic would like to meet with each committee in the next few weeks.
