Reservations
A limited block of rooms has been reserved for November 5 to November 7 at the Radisson University Hotel at a discounted rate of $99.00 per night for single or double occupancy (price does not include tax).
Take these steps to receive the discounted rate.

Airport Transportation
To get to the hotel from the airport, the hotel staff recommended three options:
- Take a cab for approximately $30.
- Take a super shuttle to area hotels for $15; call 1-800-258-3826 for information.
- Take lightrail to the Metrodome and a hotel staff member will pick you up; call the hotel for more information at the telephone numbers listed above.
Shuttle Service
The hotel offers a complimenary shuttle service within 5 miles by appointment. Call the hotel at the telephone numbers listed above.

Conference Location
The conference sessions will be held in Coffman Memorial Union, which is a little less than 1/3 of a mile from the hotel. Get more information about the building on the Coffman Memorial Union site.
Meals Provided
A continental breakfast will be provided on Monday from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m.. in the corridor outside 321 Coffman Memorial Union.
Lunch will be provided on Monday from 11:30 to 1:00 p.m. on the third floor of Coffman Memorial Union.
A Sunday dinner will take place at the U Garden restaurant at 7:00 p.m., which is within walking distance of the hotel, but a shuttle will also be provided. A Monday dinner will take place at the Campus Club, 400 Coffman Memorial Union, at 5:30 p.m.
Refreshments will be provided on Monday between 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. and on Tuesday between 10:00 a.m. and 10:15 a.m. in the corridor outside 321 Coffman Memorial Union.
Internet Access
Free wireless access is available at the hotel, and at Coffman Memorial Union. Coffman Memorial Union login instructions will be available in your registration packet.
If you do not have a laptop and would like to get online, there are kiosks available in Coffman Memorial Union where you can check your e-mail.
Information for Presenters
Presenters will be expected to bring a laptop of their own to each session with their presentations and demonstration software already in place. In cases where there are multiple presenters, please work with your track leaders to have all the required items on a single laptop. A projector will be provided in each conference session room. A back-up laptop also will be provided in case there are equipment failures.
Internet access is available in all conference session rooms.
The rooms will be open during breakfast and lunch. Please do a technical check before the session you will be presenting.

We will have a table set up in the conference area at Coffman Memorial Union where you may put brochures and whitepapers about your programs and initiatives.
