Below is information about application availability for
services provided by Operations, Infrastructure and Architecture. If there are questions
or problems are experienced during the support hours shown please
contact 1-HELP.
NOTE: Weekly System Maintenance time is reserved every Sunday between 6:30 AM and 12:30 PM.
Production
Support hours for Production are 24 x 7.
Available 24 x 7 except for Sunday 3:30 AM to 12:30 PM for backup and maintenance.
Test
Support hours for Test environments are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Available Monday - Saturday 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM, Sunday 1:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
Development
Support hours for Development environments are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Available Monday - Saturday 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM, Sunday 1:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
Analysis
for Financial System Implementation
