Application Availability for Peoplesoft Enterprise Financial System

Below is information about application availability for services provided by Operations, Infrastructure and Architecture. If there are questions or problems are experienced during the support hours shown please contact 1-HELP.

NOTE: Weekly System Maintenance time is reserved every Sunday between 6:00 AM and 12:30 PM.

Production

  • TRUMPRD
Support hours for Production are 24 x 7.
Available 24 x 7 except for Sunday 3:30 AM to 12:30 PM for backup and maintenance.

Test

  • TR88TST
  • TR88ENT
Support hours for Test environments are Monday - Friday 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Available Monday - Saturday 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM, Sunday 1:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Development

  • TR88CAH - CAH development only
  • TR88DEV
Support hours for Development environments are Monday - Friday 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Available Monday - Saturday 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM, Sunday 1:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
