The Office of Information Technology (OIT) is
the University's leading information technology group, supporting
the University community by providing technological expertise
and resources to enhance productivity.
OIT's Operations, Infrastructure and Architecture (OIA) group
is committed to providing secure, reliable services using the
most appropriate and efficient technological tools available.
OIA provides the following services for Enterprise
Systems:
- Operating Systems Support
- Software Administration
- Database Administration
- Production Services
- Computer Operations
The OIA Computer Operations Center is a secure environment
that meets or exceeds all physical environmental requirements
specified by the hardware vendors and/or manufacturers.
OIA Operations staff are on-site 24x7x365
to operate and monitor several different computer hardware platforms
and software products.
