Ann brings a wealth of experience to her job as Executive Director, a position she has held since 2002. Prior to the Club’s reopening she worked as a consultant to the Campus Club and other organizations. She has worked in the hospitality industry since 1994, as entrepreneur, restaurant owner and operator, and consultant.

Call Phil if you have a question about your past, current, or future Campus Club membership. If you have an idea for a member event, Phil is the one to call as well. He has worked in development, marketing, and membership for Twin Cities Public Television, Minnesota Public Radio, the Minnesota High Tech Association and others. For entertainment he sings with a local group: The Eddies.

   
Beth Jones

As Executive Chef, Beth is responsible for all menu planning and execution. She is recognized as a leader in commitment to locally sourced and organic food. Prior to the Campus Club, Beth was at Lucia's. She also worked at the renowned No Wake Café.
     

Barbara Jeppesen

In addition to her accounting duties, Barbara also manages the Club's computers and handles all human resource tasks. She has worked for the American Association of University Women, as well as many small businesses and startup companies. Barbara is a Hospice Volunteer at North Memorial Hospital.

If you have questions about your Club statement, the best thing to do is call Katie to clarify matters. Katie is a student at St. Mary's University, working toward a degree in Accounting and Business. She is an active volunteer in the community.

Jessica Barrett

Jessica is the person to call about your special event at the Club. She has BA in Communication and African Studies from Luther College. She has worked at the Minneapolis Hyatt and Luther College Student Activities Council. She volunteers She volunteers with the V-Day movement and spends time with her St. Bernard, Greta.

Jennifer Gastecki

When you submit your online request for a room/event, Jennifer is the first person to see it. She comes to the Club with a Special Events and Food service background, having most recently worked at the Minneapolis Convention Center. She has studied in England and Ghana.

Lisa works as manager on a variety of shifts at the Club. Many Club members will recognize her as a former server at the Club. Her most exotic hospitality industry experience was at Bubba Gump's and the Rusty Harpoon on Maui.

If you attend an evening or weekend event at the Club, you will recognize our newest employee. Katherine Zimmerman brings years of experience to the Club. Her professional background includes the Edina Country Club, Mystic Lake Casino, Cafe Boulud (Palm Beach), and the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club and Spa in Jupiter, Florida.

She is a graduate of the Florida Culinary Institute and the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point.

 


Jorge Ortega

Jorge was recently promoted to Interim Sous Chef.

He has passed the national exam for Certified Professional Food Manager. Jorge is from Ecuador, as are many of the Club's kitchen staff. Hanger steak is his favorite item to prepare.
