Club for the wonderful event that you helped with
today. The staff that took care of us were great
and very helpful, even taking a group photo at the
end. The food was spectacular, I was very impressed
that the scones were so fresh they were still warm
from the oven. My first event here on campus couldn't

putting together last Friday's dinner. I heard many
people remark at how delicious the food was, and how
much they enjoyed the atmosphere there. I was thanked
by nearly everyone there for putting on such a nice
event, and I wanted to be sure the credit got to the
right people. You, and the staff, made the planning
and the event nearly effortless on my part, so thank
you!

The staff at the Campus Club is exceptional. Everything
from the cleanliness of the rooms, to the food
and service, the room set-up, and the way the
staff worked with our outside vendors was all
so impressive. The Bar Manager was especially

We were VERY pleased with the Campus
Club staff and the event we hosted earlier this
week. Service at every level was truly outstanding
-- everything from questions about room reservations,
facilities, to menu planning and finalizing the
details, through the hosting of the event itself
was handled in a timely, professional and extremely
competent manner. Jessica was very helpful, prompt,
and patient with changes to menu. Our wait staff
was exceptional and graciously and professionally
accommodated service requests from our Director
that had not been planned for in advance. Everyone
raved about the service and the exceptional food.
I especially appreciated knowing that all details
were taken care of and that I could be assure
that everything from the room set up, to menu,
to timing of the evenings events would be done
as planned without problems. I personally have
not hosted an event on campus through the Campus
Club before, however I can assure you that I will
definitely do so in the future and recommend others
do so as well.

Our daughter recently had her wedding
at your beautiful facility. It was a most delightful
experience! Your staff is the greatest! They were
always pleasant, patient, and willing to help with
anything and everything. Our wedding guests complimented
us on the beauty of the facility, delicious food
and service of the staff. We only have one daughter
so we won't be holding another wedding reception,
so thanks for making it so wonderful.

I intended to send a prompt hand-written
note of thanks, but hope you will accept heartfelt
accolades in e-mail form. The event was absolutely
perfect in every way, and all of our guests raved
about the fantastic food. You know it is not always
easy to please our more “mature” constituents
– but you delighted everyone. Even when the
group mutinied and demanded wine with lunch, you
graciously came to our rescue – and, also
at a moment’s notice, prepared a delicious
and elegant dessert. We are so happy to have such
a classy spot to entertain our alumni and donors,
and to have outstanding people with whom to work.
Our program hosted a two day meeting
this Thursday and Friday for ten peer programs from
throughout the U.S. as part of our involvement in
a leadership demonstration project. All of our guests
were very impressed with the food, the professional
service, and the incredible facilities provided
by the Campus Club. The hard work of you and your
staff made a huge impact in helping elevate the
stature of the University of Minnesota to visiting
