No Fee Meeting Rooms
They are ideal for small meetings of 8 people or less. (Ten or twelve people can be accommodated around the large single table, but you will be crowded.) The most common use of these rooms is dyring lunch. Your group can use the Servery, bring your trays to the room, close the door, and have a private meeting. Menu service is also available in these rooms. There is a service charge for menu service.
These rooms are available Monday through Friday during regular business hours. They may be used in the evenings only when another event is taking place. They may be used on the weekends only as breakout rooms for a larger event.
Members may reserve these rooms for lunch a maximum of 4 times each semester.
