with an engaging, entertaining, and enlightening
slide show and, of course ... wines to demonstrate
his points!
The Heirloom Tomato portion of the program will
be presented by Beth Jones, Campus Club Executive
Chef, and Courtney Tchida, Director of Cornercopia,
the University's Student Organic Farm.

About Jason

Jason Kallsen has been a fixture in the wine scene
of the upper Midwest since the early 1990s. As the
founder of Twin Cities Wine Education, he has taught
thousands of people about the joy of wine in unintimidating
and enjoyable ways. He is in charge of staff training
at many of the best local restaurants, and for the
last seven years has worked for local wine importer
and distributor World Class Wines, where he is the
creative leader of Web development.
He has been the primary presenter for wine classes
at the Campus Club for many several years. He also
teaches wine classes through the University of Minnesota's
Compleat Scholar series.
