Rates at The Campus Club

The Campus Club meeting and special event facilities are unique venues that offer a professional atmosphere with distinctive catering and a high level of service.

All rates are for 5 hours. Prices shown do not include Minnesota taxes of
7.775% for food and beverage, 10.275% for alcoholic beverages. A 15 % service charge is required on all food and beverage totals. This service charge is the property of the Campus Club. These funds are then distributed as wages to all service employees.

Please note: a minimum of 35 attendees is required for events taking place during non-business hours. Club business hours are 8:00 am - 7:00 pm, Monday - Friday.

These rates are for University-related events.

Conference Rooms (A,B, & C)	$50.00	24	Price and Capacity are per section. These three rooms can be opened up into one large room. Rate for the joined room is $150.00 and it holds 72 people.
Lounge Corridor	$200.00	125	May be added to another event for a lesser fee of $75.00.
The Terrace	$200.00	138	The Campus Club cannot guarantee good weather. A rain backup site must be rented in conjunction with the Terrace.
The Café Bar	$150.00	75	Without an event, the Café Bar is $200.00. A limited bar is available for $50.00 for an hour long event. The entire Café Bar cannot be reserved during business hours. Call 612-625-8494 to inquire about reserving the east end of the Bar.
Meeting Rooms (409, 410, & 411)	FREE	10	There is an extra charge for service in these rooms.

*Additional Rental Fees Include: AV Equipment, Linens, AARCEE Rental Charges, Cake Service fees and Bartenders.

*Be sure to clarify any technical needs such as wireless Internet access, conference calls or LCD/Laptop connections.

*A $50.00 on-site manager fee will be added during non-peak hours.

*The Campus Club has a full-time Executive Chef who plans, prepares and presents the food selections for all events at the Club. All food and beverage must be purchased through our establishment (with the exception of cakes). No food or beverages may be brought in. In the event that no food is ordered an additional $6.50 per person will be assessed.

*The Campus Club is a membership organization. You must be a member to book an event. Members may sponsor (take financial responsibility for) events for non-members. Call 612-625-1442 if you have any questions about membership.
