Our presenter is John Saucke, a distilled spirits connoiseur of the highest order. He is allied with a major US distillery and he regularly presents at Whisky Fest, the annual Scotch appreciation event in Chicago. He travels annually to Scotland, where he has developed a deep personal understanding of the many aspects of a variety of distilled and aged spirits, including Bourbon, Rye, Small Batch and Single Barrel, Irish Whiskey, and Scotch whisky. He counts many individual distillers as personal acquaintances. John was born, bred and educated in Minnesota and has not yet fled Minnesota winter.
