Our presenter is Jay Johnson, libations consultant with Jaymerica Libation Consultation.

Jay is the only Certified Specialist of Spirits in the Midwest, having passed the examination of the ‘Wine and Spirits Education Trust’ of London, England. He also is a Certified Specialist of Wine. He has been in the beer, wine & spirits business for going on 20 years.

Jay has conducted so many dinners, lectures, tastings and informative reviews on beer, wine & spirits, that an accurate count cannot be determined.

Jay was born and bred in Alabama , but has survived many Minnesota winters.
