University units, faculty, staff, or associated organizations wishing to use University marks on products to be sold for fundraising purposes should use a licensed vendor to produce the products and advise the vendor that it is for a fundraising purpose. Licensed vendors will use the University marks in accordance with our usage guidelines; be familiar with the royalty accounting process; carry the appropriate liability insurance; and are obligated to comply with the University's code of conduct related to labor standards.
University marks may be used in connection with other relationships, including affiliations between outside entities and units or departments of the University, only with the prior written approval of the Office of University Relations.
